hi all hope you all well, and working hard,

Just wanted to say that we all need to get a test case through as quickly as possible as orange bills are piling up in to the hundreds and this is really worrying for all of us in the back of the mind,

therefore hoping the test cases come through in our favour therefore atleast a sigh of relief for us all

Hi All,

The MAJOR news was that Roger Godsiff has called a meeting with the major network operators, OFCOM, and other MPs to review the practices of the framework of the mobile phones industry which has given rise to failure as MC/DAB.

Should be very good, think we can all expect some promising results.

Regards.

Hi

Just to let you know I have also received a deadlock reference number, in writing from Orange Executive Department.

The lady from Orange also put a hold on any collections procedures
on the arrears on my account and sent in me the this in writing too, it says:

'A restriction has been added to your account which will prevent any collections activity from Orange or external companies, whilst your account is in dispute.'

However, please note I think T-Mobile Customers are having a hard time getting deadlock reference numbers. Has anyone got a reference number from T-Mobile?

it a nutshell, think of it as a reference number that the operator gives you acknowledge that your dispute with them is in deadlock and neither of you are able to reach an agreement.

this number can then be passed to CISAS who adjudicate. it's been explain a few pages back i think.

PostPosted: Thu Nov 15, 2007 2:32 pm    Post subject: Orange new T&C Reply with quote

Hi, i called Orange regarding the new T&C. Ive had to contract each with 850 min for the last 6 months . And ive used almost all the 1700 min every month for the last 6 months for calling the 07 call forwaring numbers.
And they are just giving me bullshit excuses, they say that i am not eligible, i asked why not and they said they put my number in their system and it says im not eligible, if ive been solely using these numbers only for making those calls and im not eligible then who will ???

After 15 Dec , paying 80 p/m will useless as these nums dont work.
I think they are clearly violating the the Clause 4.3 of their T&C.

What shall i do now. I never bothered cancelling depite being a victim of dialamobile , i thought at least i can use those numbers, but ive had enough now. Theyve changed their T&C twice in the last month.

Any suggestions what shall i do ? shall i keep calling them or sent them written notice ?

Slim .... when are you coming up with that template letter ?
